This is one of the most ecologically friendly floorings you could install for your home. It's study and easy to maintain, and with a little care can last for many years. Light yet strong and durable, bamboo can be stronger than oak. It is easy to clean and maintain, and you can choose to have your bamboo hardwood flooring finished or unfinished. A little cleaning and care, and your Phoenix area bamboo flooring can last for years.
The new go green movement and fear for global warming have led to designers looking to natural and sustainable sources of housing material that will not strip the earth of its treasures. Bamboo is being turned into incredibly smooth hard wood floorings that has all the looks of hard wood flooring, but comes with an believably affordable price tag attached. Available in tiles, strips and laminates, bamboo floors have an incredibly super smooth finish that's hard to associate with rough bamboo in the wild.
Bamboo flooring needs very basic maintenance to retain its good looks year after year. Remember to dust off your floors every day, and mop with a wet rag and some cleaning solution. Use a cleaning solution that's safe to use on your floors. Also don't move your furniture about the rooms; rather lift prices of furniture because dragging them around the floor can lead to scratches.
Please let me know how much your cost is to sand and finish 1500 sqft of white oak.

We are moving into this home on May 21st - we would like to get an estimate on refinishing all floors in the upstairs. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 walk in closets, several small closets and a hallway - all about 775 sq ft There is currently carpet in all the areas except one bedroom which has a finished floor. I have pulled up the carpet and floors look good underneath. I would like to have the whole area refinished.
